My entrance into the insurance sector began with the YGFS team in February 2022 as an Adviser Support and then evolved into the role of Relationship Manager in February 2023.
In this role, I've dedicated myself to honing my communication skills and customer service to ensure that you, our clients, receive exceptional support. Additionally, being fluent in Mandarin, I have the privilege of offering personalized assistance to our Mandarin-speaking clients. By the end of 2023, I had furthered my professional development by achieving the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) in Life, Disability, and Health Insurance.
