I joined the YGFS team as an Admin Assistant in August 2024. Before this role, I spent over six years in the financial services industry, where I honed my skills in various customer service support roles. My focus was on managing a wide range of customer queries, providing different levels of support, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external clients.

At YGFS, I am leveraging my extensive customer service experience while expanding my expertise into the insurance sector. I handle various client requests related to their insurance needs, ensuring that client relationships and profiles are well-maintained. My proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English allows me to offer enhanced support to clients from diverse language backgrounds, ultimately increasing client satisfaction.
